Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These are the rules for using Gleam. We wrote them in plain language because you should be able to understand what you are agreeing to. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What Gleam is
Gleam is a tool that helps you make LinkedIn carousels and posts from your brand. You give it a topic, it gives you finished content you can edit and publish.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 to use Gleam.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
Your content
- It stays yours. The carousels and posts you make with Gleam belong to you. You can use them anywhere, for anything, including commercial work.
- You give us permission to store and process your content so we can run the product. That is the only reason we touch it.
- Only add brands and content you have the right to use. If you add a client's brand, make sure the client is fine with it.
Fair use
Do not use Gleam to:
- Make content that is illegal, hateful, or misleading.
- Impersonate someone else or their brand without permission.
- Spam, scrape, or overload the service.
- Resell access to Gleam without our written agreement.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
Plans and billing
- The free plan gives you a set number of carousels each month. No card needed.
- Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not cut you off early.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.
The service
- We work hard to keep Gleam fast and available, but we cannot promise it will never go down.
- AI-generated content can be wrong or imperfect. Review your content before you post it. You are responsible for what you publish.
- Gleam is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Gleam is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, like lost profits or lost data.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We can close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut down a feature you paid for, we will refund the unused part of your plan.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or inside Gleam before the change takes effect. If you keep using Gleam after that, the new terms apply.
